As a business coach, I have something significant in common with my clients– not having time. There is so much to create in business, whether you’re just starting out, rebranding, trying to create a new project or product, or running daily operations. Typically, people function as a result of their business’s needs, which results in feeling an overwhelming need to constantly put out fires.
What if we didn’t have to put out fires but were better prepared to prevent any sort of “fire” like challenges? I’ve been examining what my own life and business would look like if it weren’t reactive, but preventative.
The first question to ask:
As a CEO, it’s imperative to lead. So then, what specifically, is needed to lead? I asked this question to my wife, Rebekah, who has been coaching me through business decisions for the past decade. She led me through an exercise that unlocked my reality around how I manage my time. She developed this method herself and has been using it with her own clients for several years now, with proven results.
I teach the systemization of business. I already drill into my clients that their time is one of their most valuable assets, and needs to be used wisely. I teach how to push past the daily to-do list, let automation handle the monotonous tasks, and focus on using their expertise for the important business decisions. I can break down projects and create massive action plans from nothing, but I am still finding that right now, I am letting my projects manage me rather than the other way around. However, Rebekah’s training showed me a way to actually get in front of the work.
As I develop ways to manage new business ventures (I’m currently working on three businesses and coaching in a community program). In order to manage all that I am creating, time management and systems must be implemented to create workability in my life. I am very familiar with the potential downfall of getting swallowed up in the overwhelming tasks in business. I believe it is possible to manage big things, without the feeling that “those things” are managing me.
As a result, we have developed a workshop, designed to introduce business owners to the importance of their time. We are passionate about helping business owners unlock their new potential just by managing time better. As a thank you to you, we are offering the intro webinar FREE, hosted by Rebekah and I.
